Lean your head back and place 1–2 drops of diluted oregano oil (mixed with a carrier oil) into each nostril. Breathe in gently to help the solution move through your nasal passages. Apply once or twice a day for optimal support. If you experience sensitivity, dilute it further with a carrier oil before applying.
